  4.  @stevepalpatine2828  The goals of Communism is supposed to be a - Classless, Cashless, Stateless society. This is not logically attainable because you have to first have a Socialist State to get full control of the means of production to then acheive the desired utopia and once such a Socialist State is established,those in control of the levers of power will never voluntarily relinquish control of all the power they have obtained - hence the saying -" you vote your way into Socialism and then you have to Shoot your way out of it".

  5.  @Cody---  That is a Global phenomenon - the move away from a heavily " Centralised " population control system to a completely de-Centralised one.We are currently moving into a hybridised system which we will interpret as " balkanisation " but the Central control system will still hold sway over the process and in some cases even attempt to revert back to a purely Central Command Control system. I don't think that the majority of the World's population will be ready for a truly de-Centralised system any time soon ie : Anarchism.
