Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax was similarly introduced. Wealth Tax is claimed to be only for the Billionaires. Unrealised Capital Gains Tax is also being suggested only for the Billionaires. The more of these Taxes are introduced to prevent Wealth accumulation by Billionaires /Oligarchs / Royals the Greater the squeeze on the Middle Class.
