The modern concept is that you obtain a University Degree making you a Medical Professional who has to adhere to the Proffesional standards and ethics of the Medical Field. With the commencement of the Plandemic the original push was to have on - line Consultations to reduce the risk of viral transmission. I work as a Specialist in another Country with a low vaccination rate (< 25 %) and I haven't vaccinated. I have seen my patients in person since the first Lockdowns and haven't been sick so far, most of the Doctors who got COVID in my Hospital were fully vaccinated LOL.
