You have reasoned yourself into a knot but that is not unusual for those that have been indoctrinated into the Globalism lie. The concept shown here is simple it is called Self Determination something allowed in the South African Constitution. You can see many examples of this around the world and how the Central Governments regularly intervene for no other reason than the wish to expand their powers often driven by Envy, Greed and " Payback " mindset not because they care about Humans. - The USA Federal Governments harassment of a Amish Farmer recently is a clear example of such an Over - reach by Central Governments. We as Humanity need to divest ourselves from Big Governments and Big Business if we wish to live in more secure and peaceful times and we need to respect our fellow Man irrespective of the Racial or Ethnic make up.
