Probably all 3 the migrations from Asia/Beringia happened over Millenia with minor Back migrations interspersed or simultaneously occuring. 1) Asia/Mammoth steppe-American steppe 2)Asia/Beringia-Coastal migration 3)Asia/Beringia-Ice sheet corridor The Trans-Atlantic Ice sheet migration option is a fringe possibility but not backed by the data from current genetic techniques.
