  1. This was my MI Officer assessment back in July 2022. This is why I advocated for my weapons systems faster. I posted back then Ukrainian pilots needed F16/F18 training to start in August after the US Congress authorized funding for the training. After the Ukrainian Kharkiv Offensive, I thought this was the accepted US view.
