  1. This person is completely wrong about Congress versus President Biden. President Biden has talked the talk, but uses his subordinates to limit walking the walk. The Republicans in Congress have already approved the necessary spending. So why is President Biden and his Advisors delaying DELIVERY of approved Ukrainian aid? President Biden wants Ukraine to succeed without liberating Crimea. This person is trying to cloud support for Ukrainian aid with necessary US domestic politics. This person does not want to address any issues differing with President Biden. Simultaneously, Ukrainians have to tread lightly with both President Biden/Democrats and Republicans to ensure they get vital support. Kyiv Post should not alienate Republican supporters like me by caving into Democrat arguments.
