  1. Ukrainians started fighting Russian aggression in 2014 with 1 arm tied behind its back. What is this 1 tied arm? Government workers and even police used to stealing government assets or taking/demanding bribes, and those 1000+ government workers who were Russian agents, Russian spies, or Russian collaborators. In April 2022, 600 Russian agents, spies, and collaborators were fired from Ukrainian government positions. Discovering and firing corrupt government workers stealing or taking bribes took much longer and deeper investigations. Therefore, replacing the Defense Ministers was expected after the Military Food scandal broke. Denys Davydov in podcasts wanted those corrupt government workers charged with treason. During a war, I guess that means they could be shot if convicted. Even if not that extreme, the Ukrainian Military needed a reset.
