  1. Unlike Ukraine, Belarus has been greatly Russified. Freedom will lead to 30% of the people fleeing, being expelled, or prosecuted for tyranny crimes. This must happen along with cutting off all Russian media and blocking all Russian based programs. It will NOT be pretty. EU members will not want to see justice performed in a manner fitting the crimes. Unless all money is returned, even family members could be hunted down for execution. The thieves will not enjoy their money. Belarus will need 40 years to rebuild its culture. This includes teaching language fluency, real history, and honoring Belarus heroes not Russian underlings. EU membership should take 20 years. The economy needs to recover prior to currency conversion. NATO membership should be close to immediate. This would allow integration into NATO Command structure.
