I agree that it should have a rehabilitation aspect but also should protect the public from violent individuals and those that might co-herse and bully and hurt the vunerable. Community sentences work well for the rich like you protected from being attacked from career criminals in the neighborhood.

  8. They used to use alot of British made products before the EU ended manufacturing in the UK and gave it to Germany. Reality is no. Prisons used stuff from the 93% of the world outside the EU.
