Death in custody is the term for anybody who dies while in the custody of the state - this could include while being detained by a police officer or while being held as a prisoner in a police station. @stoneroses22 what's your point? Maybe it depends on where you live? In a city or countryside? Maybe social status? Still the figures do not suggest institutional racism as it can be due to other factors. In your opinion do you think BLM have a right to remove statues they don't like without permission?

@stoneroses22 population? Have you considered social circumstances? Not having a father? Education? Geographic location? Blah blah blah. Now we see police bending the knee to BLM but arresting people defending them? Cricky. BLM was a 'mostley peaceful protest' but 27 coppers injured. Antifa is a terrorist organisation change my mind.
