  1. yes. America has had an abundance of cheap energy from fracking and no war. Europe in comparison was been reliant on Russian gas, Chinese exports and a huge conflict on it borders.

  2. ​​ @connorh2215  It doesn't help when we try to diversify our energy needs. Environmental lobbying groups try to shut down the projects. Gas fields, coal mines or oil. We can't produce anything here in the UK.

  3. The two countries hardest hit economically are the UK and Germany. Both have been reliant on imported European gas.
