Putin is a mad man and alot of his rethoric is alot like Hilters. Appeasement didn't work with Hitler. I belive the only way to stop him is go straight back at him and show strength, its the only way to deal with a bully. I think Boris is correct here.

This could arguably take down Natwest. Natwest is an English bank with English savings and its clear they dont want English customers.
1
Realistically, if Labour does not coform to the nutters they will take down the entire commons. All its power has been outsourced to regional assemblies, quangos and unelected comitees behind closed doors. We no longer know how to govern, the commons is arguably completely pointless.
1
What on earth does an Islamist and a pro LGBTQ* political party have in common exactly? This is the most bizarre political alliance in history.
1
I blame carl marx and his anti family propaganda.
1
why is it the left always bring up nazi Germany when they don't get something they want?
1
He is popular in Scotland and is less of a combative figure than Boris. People are tired of arguing. Rishi supported Brexit too, he has stood by that decision. He is in my opinion the best man available for the moment.

@cashkitty3472 If I remember correctly, the person who owned the house was absolutely furious.
1
@LukeTPZ he did live a good, stable life and managed to bring up 3 daughters. So from his point of view it was a good thing.
1
@Robertsmith001 We can't!! That's my point! Everyone relies on the NHS for health care, and a small number of unions control the labour supply. We are f**ked.
1
The irony is that the government has record tax receipts.

They can get a job, they are safe and they can earn money if they work hard. They actually appreciate the wonderful nature of England more than the majority of people that live here.
1
Why would anyone vote for a party that ditches all its manifesto pledges and may or may not replace the leader that was elected by the membership and electorate?? Our democracy is something else that they have abused. They have taken the voters for mugs.
1
the majority of top positions are held by Asians. They dont care.
1
@time4advancement244 Blame the Indian? The majority of GB viewers support Rishi.
1
The regional assemblies was Blairs attempt to make us more European. Most of Europe was them. It hasn't really worked and to be honest made us more divided.
1
Yeah, it is better to wear Putin down in Ukraine than let him reach a NATO country at full strength and have ww3 break out!! From a UK perspective Boris was right.
1
Are these people victims? The UK people have supported them, have extremely well-paid jobs, are educated, have freedom of speech, and have an audience on GB news. They are successfully winning at life and are pretending they are somehow slaves
1
I bet they were going to get the sack and they jumped ship first.
1
The war is the Ukraine is the final argument why we should never rejoin. They are a block of countries who's main aim over the last 30 years has been the political, economic and appeasement of Putins Russia. Why on earth were we involved in that? Germany can't even and refuse to invest and defend her own borders. They are expecting us and the Americans to shoulder the responsibility again. If it wasn't for us and the USA suppling aid and weaponry Putin would be on the border of Germany right now.
1
The conservatives need to figure out how they going to win the next election. Not have another leadership contest, its pointless. They only slightly behind labour. Cameron in 2014 had a bigger hill to climb and he won a majority.
1
....and even more people will die because they can't afford food or heating.

we are an importing nation. Intrest rates increase leads to a strong pound making food and fuel cheaper.
1
Amir Khan, the British boxing champion, summed it up. Stating, "They should stop eating curry if they want to be champions." They are looking for excuses for their failure.
1
Douglas Ross is a terrible leader.
1
Well King Charles signed the windsor framework. Im sure the DUP (who are typically pro monarchy) were very happy...
1
Where does Lawrence Fox fit into all this then? Is he prepared to take up arms and fight....no.
1

I think you're over reacting.
1
The bbc is burning itself to the ground. Instead of solving its own problems, they just decide to lean directly into them.
1
She has parkinsons. Her microphone hand was trembling yesterday if you look closely. It may be dementia and certainly would explain alot.

@uingaeoc3905 Unfettered market access to the European Union The EU imported over €1,935bn of goods in 2019. For goods moving between Northern Ireland and the EU there are: No checks or processes No customs duties or tariffs No customs border between Northern Ireland and the EU No need to register for VAT in each EU member state Northern Ireland maintains regulatory alignment on goods with the EU
1
@vullings1968 they could open a factory in Northern Ireland that processed Australia beef into pies and trade the pie with the rest of the EU tarrif free.
1
"foreign aid budget" It's just a nice way of wording modern colonialism and buying international influence.
1
The majority of Northern Ireland percive themselves as British. We are the only country in the world which has to pay tarrifs to a separate part of the same country.
1
Yes. But it doesn't matter.
1
Look at Caledonia. That is how multiculturalism ends
1
Portillo is 100% correct. By solely listening to scientific advisors they focused on one problem while creating hundreds more deadly problems.
