  1. It happened in North Shropshire. Conservatives would never vote labour but would always consider voting liberal. The problems they may face are 1) Brexit, the Liberals need to move on. Rural areas voted for and still believe in Brexit. 2) The idea of the Liberals entering a coalition with labour, if that was a prospect tory votes could switch back again.
