  1. We moan a lot. That is why. Originally, the M25 was supposed to be 3 ring roads. We just about finished one. We planned cheap nuclear reactors similar to France. It never happened. And the big one is HS2, we wasted billions and got nothing!! You could even make the argument that we have too much democracy. Things are that bad!!
