  2. ​​ @joannabaker6398 I just looked at terraced houses in Sussex. The cheapest i could find was shared ownership. You can buy 30% of a property for £130 000. You then have to pay rent on the reminder 70%. On top of that you have to pay a £70 service charge monthly.
