  1. If Parliament is fractured, what is the answer? Parliament is completely irrelevant. Nothing is properly debated. Decisions are made closed doors via various quangos or committees. Intrest rates, farming policy, wars, lockdowns. Nothing is talked about!! As such, nothing appears to work anymore.
