@julianshepherd2038 the party has to serve the people. We have a direct representative in London. If they don't we can go around there house and lynch them. That sir is democracy!!

I hate to point this out but we don't vote for a party in this country but a person. The existence of Political parties are just a side effect.

@OscarSommerbo The system isn't perfect, but few systems are. We have a monarchy that has to sign off the laws for crying out loud. But we get a vote, decisions are able to be made and things can move in a direction (not necessarily the right direction, but always a direction)
