  1. The labour party in England appears to be realigning with the public. They are being forced to listen, largely due to the threat from Reform. A faction of the party have rebranded themselves as a patriotic workers party. Even Blair has called out Starmer and Miliband for the pursuit of net zero.

  3. I don't understand. The Canadian system is the same as the UK, and if politicians here don't start listening, they typically start losing. The Labour party here is about to be hit hard in local elections, generally because they are useless.

  5. ​ @kallemann67 Peterson has probably played a huge part in the UKs political shake-up, too. No one is giving him credit. In the last election, I voted Reform. Mainly because of his ideas and his association with Farage.

  6. ​​@kallemann67 But you have the same parliamentary system as the UK. The MPs have a direct link to the voters. It should work. Maybe you do need a party like Reform to keep the 2 main parties honest.
