They built schools, playing fields, pubs and shops. The design was very intelligent in the Victoria period.

As for solar, we live in a very dark European country. When we rely on renewables their is a shortage of energy in the marketplace. Why do you think our energy bill was so big over the winter? Out of contract, Imported Norwegian gas.
