  1. I wouldn’t say this is always true with immature people can this be true with triggers for people that have complex post traumatic stress or PTSD?

  2. During trauma, it seems like we go to the small brain to function and we don’t use the higher orders of that brain wouldn’t you say that’s the default? if so, will this book help us cure trauma?
