  3. I have the 2023 RDX Tech package with SHAWD. Overall, I like the car and my only complaints are the jumpy transmission at low speeds and the sound system is underwhelming. Those with the A-Spec ELS sound system boast about it but I'm not happy at all with the 12 speaker system in the Tech package which I plan to upgrade soon. My guess is that the extra 4 speakers in the ELS provide fuller sound but I bet to someone who's picky about sound will find it slightly underwhelming as well do to the small and underpowered individual speakers. Like I said, overall a very nice ride but I wish the sound was fuller at lower volumes which in the Tech package is not. Still, I can't think of any car as luxurious and reliable as the Acura RDX for the same price. If I had the choice to redo my decision I would strongly consider the A-Spec package only for the more powerful sound system.
