  3. Imagine being more concerned with the rights of convicted violent criminals than with the safety of the community. I'm all for rehabilitation but this is appalling. The woman isn't going to wash away her past by ignoring camera crews especially when she moves near a school.

There couldn't be a better outcome. Had the kid struck back at the old woman things could have turned out much different. You could learn a lot from this kid.
