True. He went looking for trouble and he found it. Guilty as charged. Case closed.

Damn, that's horrible. As a former US Marine I'm ashamed of my Marine Corp.
11
I few hours later?? Cell phones have been around for at least 20 years now. What took her so long to call you?
10
@whirmy . That's crazy. Glad she's ok. Cheers!
10
The only network giving proper coverage to this developing story. None of the other networks bother to describe all the relevant details.

Is he crying for the lives he snuffed and the families he ruined or just to impress the jury?
6
They're idiots raised by irresponsible parents just like the parents of these two home terrorists that planted the bombs in this marathon.
4
The NBA, as his employer has the right to suspend him. Free speech isn’t without consequence.
4
I lived in SA and Austin most of my adult life (over 20 years). I don't recall the last time a tornado touched ground in central Texas. The Dallas/Ft. Worth area yes but central Texas no.
4
Wargames . Moron.
3
Employers have the right to suspend their employees for policy violations. Or do you not believe in free enterprise?
3
Doesn't take a CEO to know right from wrong. Yet, she was the CEO. She needs to spend a long time behind bars.
3
Learn from his mistakes. If you go looking for trouble you might find it. Don't commit a felony, put yourself in a position where deadly force is the only solution, then cry foul and expect sympathy. The country is very divided over this trial but largely due to political reasons. The truth is that he shouldn't have been there in the first place.
3
@mjtingle1 . He was running towards the cops for protection like a coward once he realized he pissed off an entire mob. I mean, what kind of idiot, commits several felonies from acquiring an illegal weapon (he was a minor), cross state lines with said weapon, then proceed to further put himself in harms way by engaging with looters??? Of course he had to use deadly force. He had no business being there and much less carrying a loaded rifle with the sole intent of shooting trespassers. GTFOH!

iTheGeek Seems you got a shopping problem if you are only 20 and you need all those credit cards. The interest on the credit cards far exceeds mortgage interest. A mortgage lender is more interested in how you use your credit than in how many credit cards you have.
2
iTheGeek You know how else to increase your income? Education and hard work. Good luck with all those credits - really. I think most people do fine with a couple of credit cards.
2
+Abigail Graham . Idiot.
2
I can't even understand this. How can people be so evil especially to their own children!! WTF!!
2
Never going to happen. It will take a revolution to make something like this happen.
2
Kyrie doesn't own the NBA. They can fire him and end his career. Works both ways. If he wants to be a politician or historian he needs to change careers. Otherwise, he needs to keep is ignorant conspiracies to himself and stick to the only thing he's good at - playing a child's game.
2
I wouldn't be able to resist. lol
2
I got better advice. Stay your ass home unless you have a real emergency meaning life and death.
2
Bring back corporal punishment and watch most of these crimes come to a halt.
2
What the hell is going on at these airports??

ldchappell1 People already barter. Ever been to Gamestop? How about Craigslist? Much B2B commerce is done this way. Bartering is not illegal.
1
Peter Klutinoty Bartering is not illegal in the USA. Show proof of anything that you just said.
1
Peter Klutinoty If you have no way to support your argument then its pointless to bring it up. Why would I waste time when I already made my point and easily backed it up? The burden of proof is on the one making the argument. You're wrong and got caught. Nice try.
1
ldchappell1 The IRS "view" is not a law and its just a way of trying to giving meaning to opinion. It doesn't matter what the "IRS" thinks because 1) the IRS is not a person so it has no feelings and 2) as we mentioned bartering is not illegal. While there may be stipulations regarding taxes that's a whole different topic as opposed to bartering being illegal. I know at Gamestop for example they do not charge you taxes when you trade a game for another. However, that does not mean that there is no tax above a certain dollar amount - say tens or hundreds of thousands.
1
ldchappell1 You don't understand the flaw of yout statement. You give human qualities to an organization that has no feelings or views. The IRS has no views because its not a person. I understand that often large corporations like to present themselves with human qualities to be more likable but that quickly ends when they find themselves in court because guess what - corporations are not people and the executives can not be held accountable for the actions of an organization. Either bartering is illegal or its not. Either the IRS can charge taxes or not. Whatever views you think the IRS has is completely irrelevant because - the IRS has no feelings and can not act on views or feelings. The IRS is governed by a set of rules like any government agency.
1
Jada Cole They should show people proper English. It would do you good.
1
Jada Cole Its not that I don't like it. Its incoherent. Communications skills are important to any job. You should try to improve.
1
+Wargames . Idiot.
1
US media is so deplorable and in this case useless.
1
@coreyschlaak . Wasn't he the one that crossed state lines with the sole intent of shooting trespassers and killed two people? Who's the victim here?
1
@coreyschlaak . I must be "rube."
1
Stupid people playing stupid games and a 9 year old pays the price.
1
hmm
1
@Tommy88- . Maybe just a couple of seats with straps designated for trouble makers.
1
@TheViewTube4U . Funny thing is I can care less about his millions.
1
@MetalheadMatt36 . Simple as that.
1
I try to be politically neutral but its not Harris' job to start war crime investigations as she nor the USA has any jurisdiction over other countries. This is the job of the ICC (International Criminal Court) and they're already investigating war crimes in Ukraine.
1
@ceooflonelinessinc.267 . None of your business? lol
1
Who?
1
@Otneimica hmm...
1
They'll be even more luving behind bars over the next 20+ years. Inmates will love them.
1
@creativesparks2164 . Or the story is bullshit.
1
Crazy!
1
Trump, as much as I dislike him, has a lot more power than Kyrie. That’s the difference. Regardless, racists and bigots deserve what they get.
1
Why are these people driving in the middle of a blizzard? Stupid.
1
@andrewsutherland133 . He's being charged for breaking the law and murdering two people. Not for "making bad decisions."
