@mbae_0912 . Orthodox christians believe that the filioque is heresy while catholics disagree. Adapting each other's beliefs can only be described as hypocrisy. If you believe in god as described by christianity then one of you has to be wrong.

You sound like a bunch of hypocrites. Next, you're going to tell us that you celebrate religious beliefs with Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus.

@Madworld8975 . Anyone can push weights around. That's not a skill. I lifted weights at the gym for 15+ years. I would know. Controlling your body in some compound movements can be much more difficult because there is no progression such as doing a human flag vs gradually adding weights to a barbell until you reach your desired max rep.

After lifting weights for many years I turned to a mix of calisthenics and weight lifting (dumbbells and kettlebells only) and I'm really enjoying the results. As someone else mentioned I recover much quicker and I still put on enough muscle mass for effort to show. I'm not trying to look like a bodybuilder so for me its about losing weight, staying fit, and having enough muscle mass in the right places for an even and aesthetic look. I exercise from home with very limited equipment which saves lots of time and space. When I used to lift weights at the gym my free time was centered around making trips to the gym. That's no longer the case as I don't exercise in gyms. I couldn't be happier.

I recommend adding dumbbells for arms and maybe heavy kettle bells for squats or weighted lunges.

That's amazing! I speak fluently both English and Spanish. Now I'm learning Italian and I'm interested in learning Mandarin. Can you tell me how difficult was it for you to learn Mandarin and how long did it take to make serious progress? Thank you!

Beautiful narration! Thank you!

This is incredibly insightful. I wonder how similar this is to emotional confinement meaning people who aren't jailed but have little emotional contact with anyone. People who only interact at a superficial or transactional level for years on end. I would like to read opinions if anyone has any.

Cool! Can we try that in the US?

Getting your head shaved is nothing when you know your life could end for any reason at the hand of a tyrant.

What a piece of trash. The UK was leaving India after WWII no matter what Gandhi did or didn't do. The man was a racist, a predator and a con artist. Plain and simple.

Great video! Thanks!

@LaCroixCreative . The point is that most Christians don't know what or who they are preying to. If it didn't matter the church would not have split in two. That's the hypocrisy.

@gregrobinette8620 . The very meaning of God is what's at stake and is what caused the schism. But hey, keep making up your own facts as you go along.

Integrity and moral fiber aren't dependent on technological advances you clown.

Because they're horrible exercises for your joints and back. The only benefit to burpees is the intensity which leads to burning more calories. Going out on a run is much healthier, burns a lot more calories since you can sustain it longer and doesn't require all that back bending.

@danhemsworth7488 . I have back problems. Burpees literally hurt my back. Running doesn't hurt. But again, what is the benefit of burpees other than intensity and burning calories which I can do with many other exercises more efficiently? Its an exercise that makes no sense to me.
