@frapperaveclaphalangedumajeur . I see you asking this question to everyone. I left you a reply on another comment. Please make an appointment immediately with your local emergency clinic and have them take your blood pressure. Also check for arrhythmia (irregular heart beat). Ultimately, make an appointment with a cardiologist or go to the ER if the clinic finds out you have a serious issue. Best of luck and don't wait any longer.

I started monitoring my BP this year with a Garmin device I purchased since it connects with my Garmin app and Garmin watches. Beautiful ecosystem. That said, I had a health scare at the beginning of this year and decided I needed to take this seriously. I've never been unhealthy before so I was shaken by the prospect of having high blood pressure. I monitor my BP a couple of times per week at home at the same time to get consistent readings. I noticed that blood pressure is very variable depending on what you're doing and you're probably right that going by recommended levels might be suspicious. I also got a ECG monitor to make sure I don't have irregular heart beats. All this information I can print or save and show it to my doctor during annual visis. The important thing is that we make healthy life choices and use tools and data available to us before we start having problems. I hope to make it to your age healthy as well. Cheers!

I don't know if you mentioned it but some professional athletes/trainers believe that warm ups and cool downs are more effective than foam rolling or stretching. The pre workout phase is particularly important to prevent injury and it makes sense that engaging the muscles pre workout is more effective than crushing the muscles and other tissue around the muscle.

@frapperaveclaphalangedumajeur . I used to get like that when I used to drink alcohol (I haven't drank in years). My guess is that it was high blood pressure caused by the alcohol. Get a monitoring device you can use from home and check your own BP on a regular basis (at least once per week). I have a Garmin device because I already have a Garmin sports watch so it works well together. However, other brands like Omron also make them. But for now, just make a quick appointment at your local pharmacy and get a reading. If you have insurance its probably free. High blood pressure is very serious. Don't wait till you have a stroke to do something about it.
