@lesp315 . The only ones begging will the be western nations. David is correct that China owns the rights to most of the world's lithium (and cobalt). China has their own EV industry and they are being accused by the EU of flooding the EU market with Chinese EVs. If you think China is going to hand over their raw minerals to western nations you're very mistaken.
