  2. You're confusing things here. The self appointing guard is doing what he should be doing which is to protect people. However, the protests started because many in the police force are obsessed with power and often abuse it as in the case of George Floyd.

  9. As much as I disagree with the concept of taking over city blocks by force its pretty amazing to me how people can self govern when there is no one "in charge." I think this can be held as evidence that the root of all evil in in fact power. Of course, this is also fantasy land because we need resources to survive and eventually they have to produce the goods and services they need to survive or die. The question is whether a new and better society will arise out of the overall chaos. Regardless, for the first time in my 40+ years on this earth I have reason to believe that we're finally evolving to decent creatures of this earth.

  11. Aren't you a little old to be a simp? How about we wait for proper evidence and let due process play its role like it should be in this country? Where is your sympathy for the guy after the girl hit him in a clear act of domestic abuse? If the roles were reversed he would have gone to jail that same day. But not her. How could a lovely girl go to jail for hitting another human being with the same legal protections as her? Talk about hypocrisy and double standards.
