Another great video! This is the kind of stuff that they don't teach us in school. Thanks!

Economic stress is what's going to cause housing prices, and other assets, to drop in price as it always happens. Wait till high unemployment kicks in. It won't be long.

I'm afraid Honda's are not what they used to be. I wouldn't be surprised if in ten years Honda is no longer on the list of longest lasting vehicles.

This is much easier than the instructions in the Honda manual. But we can see that Chris was super careful to keep tension on the chain while removing it.

Very entertaining. Seems that your best investment so far is sitting next to you in this video. Cheers!

Mechanics take a lot of shortcuts because they need to repair as many cars as possible to make more profit.

Brilliant video! You're 100% correct. A recession or worse is coming. My bet is that we see a deflationary period with high unemployment that could last multiple years. The housing market absolutely has to come back down to earth. The average American just can't afford today's prices and sooner or later the housing market will crash. If you recall, a study showed that it was investors that crashed the housing market in 2008 - not low income earners - and they're going to crash the housing market again. Right now, I would hold cash and invest any excess cash in CDs like you mentioned. Cheers!

@jojopapa7521 . Same home in MA is $600k-$800k depending on the area. But its irrelevant as median income varies by state.

Not gonna end well for a lot of people.

Stunning looking car in my opinion! Hoping I can pick one up next year!

I don't even own a Prius but I love watching these DIY videos!

2:05 perfect... after you showed us how easy it is to change tie rods I went a bought the part except that it was so jammed I wasn't able to remove it before the winter set in. Its far too cold here in New England so I guess I have to live with it until it warms up again. I think it would be really great to talk about some potential setbacks when doing DIY videos. You did a great job with the wheel bearing video showing us just how difficult it can be to remove them. I also plan on replacing them as well after winter.

Temple is a dump unless you like living in the middle of nowhere. If you want to be away from the large metro areas but still in a sizable city with access to many things try New Braunfels or Seguin which are between Austin and San Antonio. Otherwise, I suggest north of Austin like Round Rock or Georgetown and other nearby areas. Temple is near Killeen/Waco and its a dump. I lived in Texas all my life and was a district manager for a large retailer for many years. I'm very familiar with that entire area. But of course its your choice. Good luck!

Thanks for showing us these less common tools!

Great video! I personally use my credit cards for day to day expenses and pay them off at the end of the month. I also have some cash on hand for an emergency. Maybe I want to make another withdrawal in case I need more money but I figure that I can live off my credit cards for the short term. I can easily get through a few months this way. Good luck to everyone. Cheers!

Damn bro! I really could have used this video about a year ago when I have the shop replaced mine! Still, great to know for next time! Great video as always!

Damn! My car is at 150k miles and I've never changed the filter. I think I'm going to get it done this week and see what other steps I can take to help my engine run a little smoother. I noticed the engine runs a bit rough on idle. Thanks!

The responses and behaviors are interesting as people probably weren't use to seeing cameras in public settings for other than news reporting. I imagine the camera must have not been so subtle in size. But at any rate. Every generation thinks they are the most special in history. Calling themselves an "information society" seems comical today considering technological advances over the last 40 years. The government is still too large, corrupt, and incompetent. The rich does in fact have the most power and corporations are "devious" organizations only interested in making a buck. The average joe remains powerless in a world controlled by the government, corporations, and the rich.
