  2. This is bad advice as things are looking really shaky everywhere. There is no job guarantee right now for many. If you buy at the top right now with high prices and high interest rates and you lose your job your entire life will be ruined. Waiting 2-3 years is ok then ruining 10-15 years of your life and set you and your kids into financial setbacks for years together.
