  1. Yesterday I saw a video from stock market gambler. He is a senior citizen but extremely witty and funny. His take on real estate is a delight to watch. Yesterday he said, “ there was a time when house used to be the asset and loan was the liability but now loan is the asset and house liability because of the <3% that everyone got. People don’t want to sell their house cos they want the house but they don’t want to lose their 3% interest rate”. I laughed so much yesterday. You should check it out travis. You will enjoy it.
