@ShinkuGouki I have seen your comments before.. paying more is not the point. If you buy $400k home at current interest rates and economy turns and your house is now only worth $250k then you cannot refinance. Don’t mislead ppl. House prices have to be higher in value for refinancing. You are trying to fool first time home buyers and encouraging the FOMO. Houses will be there. It’s not the end of the wirkd

@ShinkuGouki I am not saying 40%.. but if it does 20% then I can enter the market. I will wait until then. So in a way you know prices will decline and still encouraging ppl to go FOMO and buy at the top of the bubble. Why should I pay more for someone else’s enjoyment. I have a stable job and I can afford current payments but most ppl cannot. My friend bought a house gor 750k in January. When we asked in March seller was quoting 900 and now it’s come down to 800k for the same house. Even my friend bought an overpriced house. I am sure that house will go to 600k which is its true worth
