@House_hacker_619 yup promote FOMO and where can you guarantee that ppl won’t lose their jobs. There are very few jobs which are recession proof. @House_hacker_619 this Ponzi scheme won’t last if your renters cannot pay and lose their jobs. The economy is going to crash hard this time. 40% rise in prices is not normal nor sustainable. Just wait another 6 months

@cyrusm3391 said every bull. 40% printed fake equity is not real growth. There is no real growth in economy that happened the last 2 years, just greed and speculation. You have your views I have mine. I will not tie myself down to a house and he house poor. I like my freedom and will not sacrifice it and FOMO. You do you and keep buying if you want. I will wait it out and not buy because I feel pressured. All the best
