  1. Dude it takes time.. when all this is said and done you will consider yourself way lucky. Even I am from DFW area but I am happy renting. I have the freedom to move anytime. As job market tightens we will see lot of desperate sellers. Plenty of ppl must be feeling the same way they did in 2006 who didn’t get to buy. That cycle lasted till 2012.
