We are in the same boat and renting is working very well for our family as our son is very happy and that’s what we want and not that mention the mental peace. Right now everyone in my Husbands company is super scared as they are about to layoff 10% ppl. We are not worried at all Thanks to not putting all our money in home purchase down payment.
