This is music to my ears. All the craziness of past 2 years is playing out. Just the other day I met a friend from a year ago who moved out of our community. She asked me where am I and I said I am renting at the same place and she had a smirk on her face. I cannot wait to see that get wiped out. Goodness ppl feel privileged cos they FOMO’ed and bought a home. They think we are all unfortunate or stuck. Let’s see in another 6 months 😎. Time for coffee☕️

@realestatemindset even I didn’t want this. Fed is the culprit and some ppl are going to feel a lot of pain for years. They are completely to blame. Ppl bought begore 2020 too but didn’t have this privilege feeling. Everyone did in their own time when it was right for them and it was all good. It’s the fed and the craziness of last 2 years that has changed ppl into snobs for owning a home
