  1. M glad you chose peace and mental health over this madness travis. We are in the same boat. Got a new job and I will keep saving for a bigger down payment. We upgraded our lease for another year and waiting for this to play out. We have no rush. We are very happy with our situation. We are renting and saving. If we over pay now we will pay twice in interest and home price so it’s a loss either way. Renting gives us peace as we can move anytime for better jobs. Many companies want ppl hybrid. Remote is reducing day by day unless you have very niche skills. So moving closer to workplace is priority
