  2.  @realestatemindset  July was such a trap. It’s almost criminal on their part. I really feel bad for those ppl. They had the worst deal. Peak prices and high interest rates. Atleast ppl who bought till 2021 will be fairly ok. Ppl who bought in 2022 will have a blood bath
