  1. They are reducing profits just to keep this narrative going long enough as they believe FED will cut interest rates soon. They cannot let the comps in the neighborhood go down by bringing down prices and hence they are taking a hit on their profits. They are just hoping and praying for the Fed to cut rates and then they can jack up prices. This time fed cannot bail rhem else they can bid dollar bye bye. Countries are already dumping it
