  1. Travis I am with you on this. I will wait until this madness settles. But what do you have to say about Dallas.. prices have started to tick up again. Ppl are again FOMOing. I see some of my friends have again started going to open houses and booking homes specially new builders.

Here price cuts have stopped and builders are only offering upgrades or incentives without bringing the price down and most ppl are going for 5/1 ARM or 7/1 ARM or seller financing with rates at 4.5% for 1st year 5% at second year like that.. they are definitely hoping for house prices to stay elevated and thinking they can refinance. Here an average 500k house will be 5k in monthly mortgage cause taxes are so high. And 500k will be in far flung areas with cookie cutter houses. I am so done and have half a mind to move out of here
