This can change when more ppl lose their jobs. Then everyone has to sell who doesn’t have a job. Also if inflation keeps raging like this, many boomers will need to sell to cash out. They are on fixed income

@vitalsigns6403 I somehow have a feeling u are masking your true feelings and just fish for answers that benefit you. But unfortunately market is changing fast. You stay and put and ride this out if you are not leveraged. All the best buddy. But this market needs a correction and you know it in your heart. So let the economics play out and let everybody have a roof on their head

People can only rent second homes. They can’t rent theirs and stay renting elsewhere and pay the property manager too..

@vitalsigns6403 it’s not the same everywhere which is a fact. Also ppl will take off listings foolishly but will be forced to sell much lower next year. Just wait until the mid term

@bobwmcgrath even they cannot buy at current prices unless you are a cash buyer. So no one is going anywhere. It’s a stalemate as buyers cannot buy and sellers won’t sell. But if this continues recession hits harder and will force all the leveraged ppl to sell. Yes not everyone will be affected but there will be enough pain. Economy needs a reset else we will feel severe pain in future. Even more than now
