  1.  @millertime6  you did good. Don’t listen to the other dude. Yes eventually it will go up but for ppl who bought in bubble they will need 5-10 years to see any appreciation. Life changes and many events happen and if you need to sell you will be upside down. Also bring a landlord from a different state is very painful. Property managers loot you for managing your property . You won’t save anything if you bought it high and cannot rent high
