  1. This was exactly my concern. If inflation is not tamed and we head into deeper recession with more job cuts then there won’t be any renters paying these high prices. Ppl who bought houses on loan thinking rent money would pay back the loan are in trouble specially if they bought in the bubble. No one can afford these sky high rents to cover their mortgages
    2
