@nipples8776 there were many other means to qualify. Lending standards though weee not as bad as 2008 crisis, they did loosen in COVID years. Also ppl over leveraged due to low mortgage rates

@PewPew702 I saw ppl over leveraging themselves to get into a property. One job loss and the house of cards will fall. Companies have just started laying off. I am not saying everyone will be affected but yes a lot of ppl will see pain. The state of the economy is not good. So don’t hang onto to just one argument. There are lot of negatives in play currently.
