  6. Hey Travis I sent you an email yesterday with a house on Zillow. House price dropped from $900k to $500k. My jaw dropped when I saw $400k price reduction. It’s in a very good location and one in which I would buy and homes that size were going for over a million just at the beginning of this year. I really don’t understand how could they drop so much and house is beautiful

  7. I have 2 of my friends recently become landlord during the pandemic. Rented their primary residence and bought another one as rates were so low. Now one of them had to go through an eviction process and it was a nightmare. During the downturn one more such instance and they will curse themselves for being a landlord.

  15. Oh my god I have so many friends who are currently experiencing this. They are scared what if they lose their job it’s ugly out there. Having constant anxiety. I can still sleep peacefully at night as I didn’t FOMO. I am going to wait another 2 years if I have to but I will not buy right now

Sellers just don’t want to bring down the price. How can we afford to pay $4-5000 for mortgages.2000 sqft homes are selling for half a million dollars

  104. I heard some YouTubers say that builders will stop building and will not even finish the homes and we will again be stuck with low inventory which will keep prices high as fewer homes on market. Only crash in transactions. Any thoughts on that?
