@traptinreality2668 sound propagation speed is not the biggest issue. if it was they would just have to offset the sound. it's more about frequencies, what human ears can hear. sound replayed at x0.5 or x0.25 are already heavily shifted to bass side of the spectrum. sound slowed down 1000x means every sound audible to human (20hz-20khz at best) would get shifted well under 20hz so completely inaudible. you could only hear ultrasounds if you have equipment to record such high frequency sounds. you'd probably need a lot of exotic hardware, but in the end it would probably not sound good anyway. but for the sake of science, I'd be interested of hearing that !

@schwig44 i know its possible to stretch speed without changing pitch with signal processing, like autotune is changing the pitch without stretching time, but it's still not an accurate render, it will generate distortion etc and don't think it can sound good after stretching 1000x, I think its way too much you willl probably hear something which is neither truthful to the original sound, neither good to hear/entertaining, thus the choice of using fake sound effects to make the videos more enjoyable
