  1. It's blocked, you need a vpn to get around it. Still, when a Chinese user posts a tweet they don't like, they'll send someone to their door. And, there have been Chinese outside China who posted anti China tweets who have been arrested when they return to China.

  2.  @changrentao8668  I suggest you try Google searching some variation of the words "China" "Twitter" "arrest", the results very clearly show your statement to be false.
