  3.  @KF8EBO  it's more compact than many other v8s, but it's still larger than a 4 cylinder. It's a great engine for swaps, because it will fit lots of places and may not be a weight gain over an iron block 4 or 6, especially if they've got a turbo. But it's still a V8 with over twice(maybe thrice) the displacement of most engines it replaces.
