  6. It's really not. Legally, in that state, an unborn child has all the rights of a person. She didn't get an abortion, she started a fight and her baby died because of it.

And legally, in that state and others, an unborn child has the rights of a person. If she chose to abort, that'd be a different subject. Legally, you're incorrect. Morally, you're incorrect.
