Hey now, you also need to have an ID! The horror! What authoritarianism!

A big step could be to step up their investigations. Most states have a backlog of rape kits that'll pretty much never get looked at.

Texas is on the right track.
4
E Ardlow you're a racist.
3
You fail to grasp that since the fetus is being recognized as a life, it has those same rights. We'll see how the Supreme Court weighs in on this, when it eventually gets there. Dems need to act like they understand law and the constitution, challenge this law in court and appeal until they get to the Supreme Court if needed.
2
What drugs are you on?
2
@potatosalad4779 your example is vastly a minority
2
You're a lunatic for attempting to make the parallel
2
Your shining light, your good example, is Mexico? You may wanna do a bit more research on that one.
1
@williampennjr.4448 those NY/NJ people also left their state and spread it around the country in effort to avoid restrictive lockdowns of their home states. Real class acts
1
@Josway37 ok, lunatic. You're really being hypocritical and not very witty here, it's not like your name is there. Mine is distinct, people are crazy, I don't want any of them showing up at my door. Besides, voting? You've exposes yourself as not very bright on this one. After you confirm who you are, voting is confidential. There's no side by side to be made there, not even with whatever cartoon logic is parading around in your skull.
1
@AtomicTelemule lol, Texas is one of the economies driving this entire country. Voting fraud happens in every election, any amount is too much. These efforts to counter it aren't even extreme.
1
Pack your stuff, move. Done. Complain less, act.
1
@Ayzoxs I wasn't speaking to you, but ok
1
You that ignorant of the Supreme Court? Most often, they only see a case AFTER it has made its way through the lower courts.
1
@rosex3271 did you graduate high school? This is basic basic stuff. Hit up your preferred search engine, learn some stuff.
1
@rosex3271 apparently my education(high school or higher) was superior to yours, if your so ignorant of the court system. Go do a little research, be less ignorant. Since your schooling was so poor and failed you, it's up to you.
1
@rosex3271 all you have to do is search, that's all. Quit being such a moron, quit attacking because you're ignorant. Search.
1
@KAMusic1242 great argument, real thoughtful. You and science aren't on the same page.
1
I'm sure some states will.
1
There's fraud in every election
1
@jonathanharris9924 you don't even know the meaning of that word.
1
@potatosalad4779 you missed the point entirely. Abortion because of rape, of any kind, is by far the minority. So much so, it's a strawman.
1
@potatosalad4779 I'm saying you speaking on what's nearly a nonexistent event when you compare the number of elective and non rape/incest/life saving abortions. You lean on it with every reply, but its such a small percentage that you just look silly. Strawman after strawman. No, people should use birth control or seek procedures to stop their ability to reproduce. Abortion should not be a form of birth control and its a monstrous thing to exercise it as such, which many do.
1
@potatosalad4779 strawman and extreme examples, I won't address your silliness. Use birth control, have the kid. Or, within the confines of the law, get your abortion within the first 6 weeks. That latter bit is what you're ignoring completely, abortion isn't outlawed in Texas at all.
1
@potatosalad4779 you bring strawman after strawman. Abortion is still possible either way, you're tucking your tail and running because you know you've got nothing.
1
Your parents did a poor job on you.
